Which kind of artwork format do you prefer?
The preferred format is high resolution PDF format. Other formats are acceptable too, such as Ai, EPS, PSD and CDR files etc.
Please convert the text into paths or curves(create outlines) in order that they can be correctly displayed. Or you may send the fonts and image links together with your artworks in case our system doesn't have the fonts you use for your artworks.
It's better that the resolution of pictures is no lower than 300 dpi.
Make sure at least 3mm bleeding size on each page.
